Bio

Jihun Oh received his Ph.D. degree in School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Georgia Tech in Dec. 2012 under the supervision of Prof. Xiaoping Hu. He received his M.S. degree in ECE from Georgia Tech in 2009 and his B.S. degree in ECE from Hanyang University in Seoul in 2007. His research interests include image registration (e.g., demons) and segmentation (e.g., active contours), MR image processing and analysis, GPU-based data parallel processing using OpenCL, pattern recognition, and classification with an emphasis on medical imaging. He is a member of IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society and SPIE Medical Imaging.
